One of the hills that novices hike is Stampol Hill. In addition to Pergasingan and Anak Dara hills, Stampol Hill has become a lot of popularity recently among young people. It has a challenging course for novice climbers, but it also boasts stunning vistas. incredible that isn’t found on other terrain.

Camping 2 days 1 night on Stampol Hill highlights

Spend two hours driving to Sembalun village while taking in the surrounding landscape.
Visiting the tourist village of Sembalun which is at an altitude of 600 to 1200 meters above sea level
Climb one of the popular hills on lombok island
Outdoor camping activities at the top of Stampol Hill 2321 Masl
enjoy the view of Mount Rinjani, Sembalun village, green rice fields from a height of 1670 meters above sea level

Day 1

Wake up early in the morning at 7.30 am: having a breakfast and we are ready at 08.00 am
Take the transport to the trailhead as the starting point which take around 30 minute drive.
Register at Bayan Village head office and afterward we start of our Journey doing the Junggle trek
A long the way before we reach the Jebak Gawah we will see a various of local agriculture plantation such as a Coffea, Vanilla, Cloves trees and etc.
After 30 minute walk then we reach the Jebak Gawah ( Junggle Gate) as Post 1 which altitude more less 867m.asl.
From post 1 toward post 2 (1.445m.asl) need around 2 hours walking, reach post 2 then having a rest for 20 minute.
Afterward we do continue of walking toward post 3 (2134 M.asl) which need to take around 2,5 hours walking up, reach the post 3 during a lunch time, we have a lunch break for more less 1.5 hours
next afterward we continue walking up to the Campsite ( Stampol Crater Rim 2.321 M.asi), which take around 1,5 hours walking, reach the campsite at around 04.00 pm at afternoon time then we setting the tent to stay overnight.
From campsite to the Photo Spot at the top are near by which need only 10 minute walk, at the top then we can enjoy great of sunset which including also amazing mount Rinjani Crater Lake and also You can see mount Agung in Bali on the West coast
After sunset then we turn back down to the campsite to stay overnight, dinner will be prepare and afterward having a Sleep.

Day 2

Wake up early in the morning enjoy the sunrise and colourful of mount Rinjani water lake and afterward having a breakfast then after breakfast we ready leave the campsite area walking turn back down all the way to exit gate to completed of the tour which take around 5 hours.
lunch will be prepared on the way down, so then we do complete of our tour at around 12.30 am and our car will be ready to pick you up then transfer you back to the hotel where your next car wait for you for the next of destination.
